What you are signing up for

Knights Fitness is a training and nutrition app run by Coach Miguel. It builds a programme from what you tell it, tracks what you do, and adjusts as you progress. Your coach can see and change your plan.

The free trial

A new account gets 7 days of full access. No card is taken. When the trial ends the app asks you to choose a plan before training features open again — your data stays where it is.

Paying

Plans are monthly (Knight is Rs 850 a month), paid by Juice, bank transfer or cash and confirmed by Coach Miguel. Access runs for the month you paid for. Nothing renews automatically — if you do not pay for the next month, access pauses. Questions about a payment or a refund go to Coach Miguel directly.

Your account

One account per person. Keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for what is done from your login. You can sign in with email and password or with Google.

Behave

Anything you post where other members can see it (the Round Table, shared workouts) must be your own and must not abuse, harass or mislead anyone. Posts that break this are removed, and repeat offenders lose their account. If something here uses your photo or your work without permission, message Coach Miguel with a link to it and it is taken down.

Your data

What is stored, who sees it and how to have it removed is set out in full on the privacy page. Your training history belongs to you. Read the privacy page.

Leaving

You can stop at any time — just do not renew. To have your account and its data deleted, message Coach Miguel. We may close an account that breaks these terms.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, the app will tell you before the change applies.

This is coaching, not medicine. Exercise carries risk. Check with a doctor before you start if you have a condition, an injury or are pregnant, and stop if something hurts. You train at your own risk, and nothing in the app is a diagnosis or a medical prescription.
